Welcome to New Home Cleaning. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
Our services are available across Melbourne, Australia.
All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, staff shortages).
Customers must provide accurate information about the property size and condition when booking.
2. Payment & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply if the job requires more time or effort than initially estimated.
Payment is due before or upon completion of the service.
We accept bank transfers, cash, or card payments.
For Builder Cleaning:
A deposit may be required for large projects or ongoing contracts.
Payment terms for builders/developers can be arranged upon agreement.
For End of Lease Cleaning:
If additional services (e.g., carpet steam cleaning, wall washing) are required, they will be quoted separately.
No refunds will be provided once the service is completed.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If we arrive and cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply.
4. Bond Back Guarantee (End of Lease Cleaning Only)
Our Bond Back Guarantee covers cleaning to real estate standards.
If the agent/landlord is not satisfied, we will return to rectify the issue within 72 hours, free of charge.
The guarantee does not cover damage, excessive stains, or areas requiring repairs.
5. Access to Property
The client must provide safe and unobstructed access to the property, including water and electricity.
If cleaners are unable to access the site at the scheduled time, a call-out fee may apply.
6. Limitations & Liability
We take great care in delivering high-quality cleaning but are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
Paint, grout, or plaster residue that requires specialized removal.
Stains that cannot be removed with standard cleaning products.
We are fully insured, but liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
7. Complaints & Disputes
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
We will assess the issue and, if valid, schedule a free re-clean within 72 hours.
Refunds are at the discretion of New Home Cleaning and are not guaranteed.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
